Expeditors is seeking a logistics professional in Chihuahua to promote outstanding coordination and ensure timely freight pickup, customs clearance, and delivery while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role requires connecting with providers and customers, tracking TRANSCON shipments, and maintaining accurate data entry and compliance. It emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement within a global logistics network.

Formación

• Global logistics knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training.
• Teamwork knowledge and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.
• Track and Trace TRANSCON files and reporting.
• Use export TRANSCON Workflow on daily basis.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
• Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable.
• Interact with customers to arrange TRANSCON shipments and meet service standards.
• Contribute to maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
• Adhere to government regulations and internal policies.
• Understand department process flow and seek best practices for efficiency.
• Meet KPI standards per company procedures.
• Maintain timely network communications and respond to emails and requests.
