Expeditors in Mexico is seeking a Brokerage Service Center Agent to ensure flawless operational performance, productivity, and excellent customer service while supporting our mission.

You will monitor key metrics, complete mandatory training, and participate in cross-functional teamwork. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communications, and adherence to policies as you help drive efficiency and sustain a culture of service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 3 Months to 1-year related experience in data entry and/or training.
• Customer Satisfaction oriented.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels written and oral.
• Develop and maintain a professional relationship with clients, service providers and employees.
• Time management and attention to detail oriented.
• Ability to complete work within standard procedures, guidelines and office policies.
• Good computer skills, (Excel, Word), ability to learn other computer systems and tools.
• Teamplayer.
• Commitment to exemplify our culture at all times.

• Properly use all Expeditor systems and tools.
• Understand and make sure the expectations on Customer JOB AID SOP are comply.
• Participate in meetings when as needed.
• Make sure that files are logged correctly and timely with proper codes, trace types and events.
• Ensure that all emails and other correspondence are handled timely (within 1 hour) and professionally.
• Meet KPI Standards in accordance with the Company’s processes (OPS).
• Contribute to operational effectiveness and comply with District Excellence metrics applicable for your process.
• Escalate issues to Lead, Supervisor or Manager as needed.
