Job summary

Expeditors Mexico seeks a seasoned Customs Brokerage Manager to lead a dedicated MX regional team, ensuring flawless execution, strong compliance, and growth. You will drive operational excellence, staff development, and client satisfaction within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

Fluent English is mandatory.
Experience in customs brokerage and leadership roles.
Strong understanding of regulations and compliance in customs.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor service execution within the Customs brokerage department for this customer.
Maintain staffing levels and organizational structure for the department.
Provide staff evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
Ensure training compliance and timely delivery of required trainings (52 hours/year).
Promote compliance with company policies, government regulations, and internal controls.
Monitor vendor relationships and ensure proper documentation and procedures are followed.
Support department goals through regular meetings, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
