Job summary
The LEGO Group in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking an OT Automation Manager to lead standardization and deployment of automation across Final Packing technologies. You will partner with global and local teams to install, commission and continuously improve highly automated production solutions while expanding local capabilities.
You’ll work with Allen-Bradley PLCs, ABB and KUKA robotics, and be fluent in English to collaborate across cultures.
Qualifications
- Experience in automation programming, troubleshooting and mechatronics applications within manufacturing environments.
- Proficient with Allen-Bradley PLC systems including development, design and commissioning.
- Experience supporting robotics platforms such as ABB and KUKA.
Responsibilities
- Standardize automation platforms across Final Packing technologies to support consistent global operations.
- Lead installation and commissioning activities for production lines from an OT perspective.
- Identify improvement opportunities that enhance productivity, usability, serviceability and equipment performance.
- Partner with global and local teams to deploy PLC software and automation standards.
- Provide technical guidance on automation architecture, robotics, networking and digital manufacturing solutions.
