Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead logistics automation initiatives across our manufacturing operations. You will drive concept-to-delivery projects, coordinate with Engineering, IT, Operations, and procurement, and ensure alignment with business goals.

The role focuses on increasing factory productivity, optimizing material flow, and building a smarter, more agile factory network. Strong English skills and travel availability are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/engineering in medium to large international organizations.
• Proven automation project management experience.
• Experience managing equipment and machinery suppliers.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
• Willingness to travel ~30 days per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics automation projects from concept development through implementation and handover.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, IT, Operations, Procurement, and suppliers.
• Drive the integration of innovative automation technologies to boost productivity and performance.
• Manage stakeholder communication across global locations with transparency and progress tracking.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Continuously improve delivery methodologies for scalability and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and ROI of implemented solutions.
