Job summary

LEGO Group operates a manufacturing facility in Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León, Mexico and seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead logistics automation initiatives enhancing material flow, productivity and factory performance across our global network.

You will manage end-to-end projects with cross-functional teams, ensure on-time delivery, manage risks, and drive ROI while traveling ~30 days/year. Strong English and automation experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/engineering within large international organizations.
• Project management experience.
• Proven experience managing automation projects.
• Experience managing equipment and machinery suppliers.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear communication.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
• Willingness to travel ~30 days/year.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics automation projects from concept to handover.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Operations, Procurement and suppliers.
• Drive integration of automation technologies to boost productivity.
• Manage stakeholder communication across global locations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with standards and safety requirements.
• Improve delivery methodologies for efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor KPIs and ROI of implemented solutions.
