BRP is seeking a Service Desk Agent in Ciudad Juárez to provide first‑line IT support to Professionals, handling phone, email, and chat inquiries. You will document incidents, assist with device and software issues, and support both corporate and shop-floor IT needs.

The role requires strong communication and English proficiency with flexibility for day/evening/night shifts. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a service desk or IT support environment, a technical degree, and hands-on experience

Formación

Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 years of experience working in a Service Desk, Customer Service, Deskside Support, or Technical Support environment preferred.
Advanced English (Speaking 90%, Writing 60%, Reading 90%).

Responsabilidades

Provide first-line technical support through phone, email, and chat.
Document all support interactions, incidents, and resolutions accurately.
End-user equipment support and troubleshooting (DELL laptops, desktops, workstations, Ricoh printers, etc.).
Support BRP applications deployment (SCCM) and Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace.
Assist in shop-floor IT needs including Zebra devices, Wi‑Fi, and basic network help.
Maintain and update support documentation and work instructions.
