Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking an IT Service Manager to lead global network initiatives and ensure consistent delivery across regions. You will collaborate with Service Owners, regional IT leaders, and stakeholders to align with enterprise objectives and security policies.

The role emphasizes governance, documentation, and smooth handover to operations, with a focus on optimizing cost, security, and performance across a multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related fields (or equivalent industry experience).
• 5+ years in IT Provider Management or Service Delivery Management in a global organization.
• Strong IT governance knowledge; ITIL processes knowledge.
• Broad technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure products/services.
• Experience with outsourced commercial and contract management.
• Willingness to travel and have a valid passport.
• English spoken (advanced).

Responsabilidades

• Lead global end-to-end delivery and cross-regional coordination of network initiatives across regions.
• Establish and govern global project delivery baselines, priorities, and interdependencies.
• Define global operational acceptance criteria and ensure transition into Network Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce incidents, MTTR, and change failures.
• Coordinate MSP/OEM/carrier contributions and manage SOWs, staffing, and governance.
