The successful candidate will ensure high-quality user experiences, manage escalations, and represent regional insights in global governance. A Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and 5+ years of experience in IT operations are essential for this role, alongside high proficiency in English.

Formación

• 5+ years in IT operations, service delivery, or IT support leadership.
• Experience managing regional or multi-site operations.
• Foundation in ITIL, global service delivery, and SLA governance.
