PwC Mexico is seeking a SAP HCM Payroll Senior Associate to support payroll solution design, configuration, testing, and training for diverse client projects. You will analyze complex payroll issues, manage workstreams, and mentor junior colleagues while building strong client relationships across geographies.

In this role, you will leverage SAP HCM payroll knowledge, adapt recommendations to client needs, and contribute to successful payroll implementations within our Digital Core Modernisation

Qualifications

• English proficiency required (oral and written).
• SAP HCM payroll configuration experience in client service settings.

Responsabilités

• Analyzing SAP HCM payroll requirements and translating client needs into workable configuration and support tasks.
• Supporting payroll process design, testing, deployment, and post go-live issue resolution across SAP HCM environments.
• Interpreting payroll results, identifying variances, and tracing data issues across time, pay elements, and employee records.
• Coordinating workstreams for payroll configuration, integration touchpoints, and data validation activities.
• Preparing functional documentation, process maps, and test scripts that support implementation and enhancement efforts.
• Reviewing payroll controls, compliance requirements, and system changes to validate accurate processing and reporting.
• Guiding junior team members through assigned tasks, issue tracking, and deliverable preparation.
• Building client relationships by responding to questions, explaining technical findings, and adapting recommendations to changing business needs.
