Jabil in Chihuahua, MX is seeking an Internal Communications Coordinator to support the Marketing department with employee communication programs and global content translation. You will manage the internal content calendar, track customer satisfaction, and contribute to quarterly leadership reports.

You will use MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite to create updates, coordinate with global teams, and ensure timely dissemination of internal communications across 12 languages.

Formación

• Ability to effectively present information to groups of managers and staff.
• Data collection, site follow-up, and quarterly reporting.
• Proficient with Windows OS and office software.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong written communication and ability to translate content as needed.
• Experience with creating and managing internal content across platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support for Internal Communications initiatives and campaigns.
• Coordinate the global 'Focus. Commit. Deliver.' employee campaign.
• Collect data, follow up with sites, and report quarterly results via myJabil.
• Produce quarterly scorecards and report to senior management and the Board.
• Maintain a database of customers and track satisfaction scores quarterly.
• Manage translation of Internal Communications content into 12 languages.
• Support Visual Communication: update content and recruitment materials.
• Respond to internal email/phone queries and manage calendars.
• Adhere to safety and security policies and perform special projects as needed.
