Signant Health in Mexico City seeks a Corporate Communications Channels Specialist to create and distribute internal and external communications. You will manage contact databases and deliver analytics on channel performance, partnering with senior leaders to align with business priorities.

This role requires CRM ownership, writing and editing skills, and the ability to coordinate across time zones. You will oversee Navigator pages and the communications calendar, measuring impact and driving

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism or Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years in corporate/marketing communications delivering programs.
• Experience owning/managing CRM and contact database to ensure audience details are accurate and up to date.
• Experience supporting senior and SME stakeholders; ability to influence and communicate effectively.
• Experience delivering communications to large audiences (10,000+).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and external marketing CRM/comms platforms.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading; strong time-management and organization.
• Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines with urgency.
• Experience using AI tools to support productivity and quality of outputs.
• Experience across multiple time zones in a matrixed organization is desirable.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection.

Responsabilidades

• Be an expert resource for the Corporate Communications team on key channels: ChangeEngine and Navigator; support updates and improvements.
• Plan, write, edit and deliver impactful content that supports business priorities via approved channels.
• Lead planning, production and distribution of direct-to-site communications with stakeholder feedback insights.
• Ensure customer and site communications are timely and execute with accuracy and relevance.
• Maintain and own contact databases and pull updates from internal systems.
• Lead regular updates of Navigator pages and manage the communications calendar.
• Provide regular analytics reports to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
