Jabil in Chihuahua, Mexico, is seeking an Internal Communications Administrative Specialist to assist the Marketing Department with employee communications programs and initiatives.

You will support global campaigns, manage content and calendars in myJabil, coordinate translations into 12 languages, and prepare quarterly reports for senior management. Strong MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite skills are required.

Formación

• Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients, and the public.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficient PC skills with Windows OS and related software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Marketing with internal employee communication programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate Focus. Commit. Deliver. global employee campaigns and report quarterly results.
• Prepare quarterly scorecards and assist in reports to senior management and the Board.
• Edit and update internal content and manage the myJabil content calendar.
