Volex plc is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive domestic and international RFQs, quotations, and commercial activities. You will coordinate inputs from engineering, sourcing, operations, and finance to develop competitive quotes and maintain robust CRM records.

The role requires 3–5 years in inside sales or account management, strong Excel and CRM skills, and experience with ERP/CRM tools. Travel within the USA and overseas is expected as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years in inside sales or account management.
• Experience managing complex RFQs and customer opportunities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems; Epicor ERP/CRM preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the commercial RFQ process for assigned accounts and opportunities.
• Review requirements and coordinate technical, sourcing, operational, and financial inputs for quotations.
• Ensure quotations are complete, approved, and submitted within timelines.
• Manage all customer communications related to quotations, pricing, samples, forecasts, and program status.
• Maintain records of opportunities, forecasts, quote history, pricing and interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, sourcing, finance, quality, and customer service teams.
• Escalate risks or issues affecting revenue, delivery, or satisfaction.
• Support Regional Sales Managers in strategic account development and reviews.
