WIN SOURCE is seeking an International Sales Representative to develop global B2B relationships, handle RFQs and quotations, and coordinate with sourcing, logistics and quality teams to solve supply challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer procurement needs and drive value across the electronic components supply chain.

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or related roles.
• Experience in electronic components, semiconductors or electronics distribution is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across assigned markets.
• Identify opportunities through market research, customer development and follow-up.
• Support the complete sales process: RFQ handling, quotation preparation, order follow-up and delivery coordination.
• Collaborate with internal sourcing, logistics and quality teams to address shortages and lead-time challenges.
• Maintain accurate customer information, opportunity updates and CRM data.
• Build product knowledge and market awareness to strengthen sales capabilities.
• Support customer meetings, marketing activities and international exhibitions as needed.
