Honeywell Technologies in Juarez, Mexico, seeks a Director ISC Project Management to drive transformation across the Integrated Supply Chain. Lead high-complexity projects from strategy to execution, shaping analytics tools and decisions within a four-plant city footprint.

You will manage budgets, timelines and benefits, with potential growth into people-management. Travel up to 25% and leadership of cross-functional teams are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, or other technical/analytical discipline with a minimum of 8 years progressive experience required.
• 5+ years of experience independently managing complex and high-value projects at enterprise level or relevant leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to a VP-level audience including financial models demonstrating various scenarios.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to various sites regionally.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategies and execute transformation projects across Americas ISC resilience, insourcing/outsourcing, and site transitions.
• Drive project execution with focus on Juarez manufacturing sites.
• Deliver projects on budget and on schedule with identified financial benefits.
• Conduct rigorous due diligence and implement robust project plans and cost models.
• Translate requirements into actionable projects with accurate costs, schedules and benefits.
• Ensure use of Standard Transitions Process to manage implementation and governance.
