Extreme Networks is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align people strategy with business objectives across designated stakeholder groups. You will partner with leaders, deliver high-impact HR solutions, and navigate complex global environments with data-driven insight.

The role focuses on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development, while leveraging analytics to inform decisions and drive value across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 9+ years of HR Business Partner experience in global technology organizations.
• 5+ years building scalable HR models, frameworks, and processes.
• 5+ years advising senior leaders on organizational design and change management.
• 5+ years using data analytics to produce people metrics and diagnostics.
• 5+ years working across multiple time zones with distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational goals.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design and change management.
• Lead core HR programs including performance management and employee relations.
• Diagnose organizational health using data and analytics.
• Design scalable HR frameworks to support growth and new product initiatives.
