You will oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensure compliance with local labor laws, data privacy, and audits, and manage SAP HR systems and external vendor relationships in a multinational environment.

• Experience leading HR service delivery and payroll operations.
• Experience in multinational organizations with 1,000+ employees preferred.
• Strong background in vendor management and HRIS improvements.
• Deep understanding of Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end HR operational processes—payroll, time management, employee master data, temporary workforce, and global assignment administration.
• Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, tax/social security filings, data privacy standards, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate HR system maintenance, updates, testing, and access rights management (SAP HR).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and provide policy guidance to local management.
• Manage external vendor relationships and align with regional/central HR functions.
