WK Kellogg Co is seeking a Specialist, HR Employee Services in Mexicali to support HR operations, master data, and payroll-related tasks. You will handle employee records, pre-payroll processes, and benefits administration while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires working knowledge of SAP and Kronos, along with advanced English and strong attention to detail to maintain confidential information across payroll and HR systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree completion required.
• Experience in payroll systems, pre-payroll processes, employee administration, and attendance management.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Kronos.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Mexican labor requirements and HR compliance practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential employee information.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Employee Data & Payroll Support: Manage and maintain employee master data in SAP, ensuring personnel changes and updates are accurately transferred to payroll.
• Pre-Payroll Administration: Review and validate payroll-related inputs, including attendance, vacation, absences, leaves, disability, bonuses, special payments, savings programs, and termination payments.
• Policies & Procedures: Ensure local HR processes are aligned with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits and savings programs, including coordination with external providers as applicable.
• Compliance & Audits: Support internal audits and regulatory reviews from IMSS, the Ministry of Labor, and other government entities, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.
• Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, documentation, and HR records.
• New Hire Documentation: Prepare employment contracts and required documentation for new employees.
• Employee Relations: Support positive employee relations and initiatives that promote a stable, respectful, and productive work environment.
• Employee Communication: Participate in new hire orientation programs and quarterly and annual employee communication meetings.
• HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR metrics, reports, and documentation to support business and HR needs.
