Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking a Process Design & Optimization professional to lead the end-to-end design and continuous improvement of the People Business Services processes within the GBS/GG model.

You will develop SOPs, process maps, and governance frameworks aligned to GCC standards, and apply process mining and benchmarking to identify optimization and automation opportunities. Collaborating with HR CoEs, HRBPs, and senior leadership, you will translate business requirements into scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, engineering, or operations. Master’s or cert preferred.
• 5-8+ years in HR operations, PBS/GBS or global process management is desirable.
• Experience designing end-to-end HR processes, SOPs and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own design, documentation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end People Business Services processes.
• Develop and maintain global SOPs, process maps, and governance aligned to GCC standards.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation with HR Technology and Operations teams.
• Partner with CoEs, HRBPs, and leadership to translate requirements into scalable processes.
• Lead centralization and migration projects from assessment to go-live and stabilization.
