The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Change Management professional to lead and execute enterprise change initiatives from planning through adoption. You will partner with program managers, communications teams, and global stakeholders to ensure successful transformation across projects.

In this role, you will develop change strategies, manage training content, create compelling communications, and deliver executive-ready updates on status, risks, and readiness.

Qualificações

• Experience with enterprise and global Change Management (3+ years) applying methodologies and tools.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to present to stakeholders.
• Familiar with project lifecycle phases, organization, and meeting deadlines.
• Problem solving with data-driven insights to drive adoption.
• Ability to collaborate across levels and act as a coach for leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Change Management across project lifecycles and agile projects.
• Develop Case for Change, Communication Plans, and training content.
• Present status, risks, and executive-ready updates to stakeholders.
• Partner with PMs to embed Change Management in project plans.
• Measure readiness and adoption, collect lessons learned for continuous improvement.
