Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Mexico City seeks a Global Process Excellence Lead for Sales to shape and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap. You will build a POD-based delivery model, partner with Global Sales, and drive measurable improvements in cycle time and quality.

Initially an individual contributor, you will scale to lead a Commercial Excellence team, overseeing process discovery, requirements, and digital enablement across Sales platforms.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required (MBA, Economics, Marketing preferred).
• 10+ years in sales/commercial operations, analytics, strategy, transformation, and/or process excellence.
• Strong program/project management across geographies/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a multi-year global Sales process excellence roadmap across Commercial GBS and NA Zone.
• Lead POD-based delivery: discovery, requirements, options, execution oversight, sustainment.
