Job summary

Kraft Heinz Mexico is seeking a senior Operational Excellence Delivery Lead to own the quality and delivery of the Operational Management System within the GCC Mexico. You will partner with Center, Function and Tower leadership to move performance from stable to structured improvement.

Based in the delivery center, you will coach local teams, translate strategic KPIs into actionable routines, and ensure repeatable, data-driven improvements. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Lean, Operational Excellence, or related transformations.
• Hands-on management-system deployment experience in complex operating environments.
• Proven ability to lead internal and external Coaches across deployment waves.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is valuable for the Mexico role.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality and delivery of the Operational Management System within the GCC Mexico.
• Build the management capability to move towers from stable performance to structured improvement and proactive excellence.
• Coach Center, Function and Tower leaders to be present at the point of work and translate objectives into actions.
• Select and quality assure KHMS coaches; transfer repeatable support to local leaders and Champions.
