TTEC is seeking a seasoned Manager, Human Capital Services to lead Global Employee Data Administration, LATAM and EMEA Global Services teams from Mexico City. This role drives operational excellence, data accuracy, payroll support, and compliant HR operations across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR, shared services, payroll support, or related teams.
• Experience supporting global or multi-country operations, especially LATAM/EMEA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and manage teams supporting EDA, LATAM, and EMEA P&C Global Services, ensuring SLAs and quality standards.
• Oversee employee lifecycle administration and payroll support with strong controls and compliance.
• Monitor performance via metrics, dashboards, and quality reviews; address risks and gaps.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and standardization across regions.
• Partner with People & Culture, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Legal, and Operations to resolve complex employee matters.
• Set expectations, monitor deliverables, conduct reviews, support workforce planning and development initiatives.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
