Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the Digital Business Unit Global Sales, aligning people strategies with high-impact business priorities.

You will drive talent management, organizational design, and executive coaching while elevating connections across the enterprise with executive leadership and HR Centers of Excellence.

Formación

• Extensive experience as a Global HR Business Partner with LATAM, NA, EMEA and APAC exposure.
• Strong knowledge of organizational design and talent management principles.
• Proven ability to build high-trust relationships with senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic advisory: align HR strategies with business goals and guide executive talent management.
• Organizational design & planning: lead change initiatives, job evaluations, retention, succession reviews.
• Performance & talent programs: deploy performance reviews, onboarding, leadership development.
• Workforce intelligence: leverage analytics and dashboards for insights.
• Stakeholder collaboration: partner with COEs and Employee Relations to resolve challenges.
