You will act as the trusted HR expert for employees in your perimeter, and partner with business stakeholders to set priorities, drive values, and deliver results.

• BA / BSc in HR, business administration or related field.
• MA / MSc in HR preferred but not required.
• Experience as an HRBP or in an industrial setting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted HR expert for all employees in your perimeter.
• Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process.
• Oversee onboarding, training and employee development.
• Coordinate external HR service providers and HR initiatives.
• Prepare reports and analyses and support audits and controls.
• Collaborate closely with the workers council or union if applicable.
