Alexander Mann Solutions is seeking an on-site Hiring Event Coordinator to manage the day-to-day logistics of local hiring events and ensure a professional candidate experience. You will coordinate check-in, interviews, venue requirements, and vendor communications to keep processes flowing smoothly.

This role focuses on efficient registration, accurate data logging, and real-time troubleshooting while supporting recruiters and venue staff throughout the event lifecycle.

Formación

• Experience in event coordination, administrative support, or HR/recruitment operations.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a candidate-first mindset.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and check-in software.

Responsabilidades

• Set up check-in stations, directional signage, candidate waiting areas, and private interview spaces prior to event start.
• Manage candidate registration and flow, ensuring job seekers move smoothly from check-in to interviews without bottlenecks.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for venue staff, equipment vendors, catering, and security teams.
• Provide administrative support to recruiters by tracking schedules, verifying candidate documents, and logging check-in data into the ATS.
• Troubleshoot real-time logistical issues, equipment needs, or space adjustments during the event.
• Oversee event breakdown and return of event materials and confidential documents.
