JumpCloud is seeking an Event & Field Marketing Coordinator to power our global field initiatives in a remote-first environment. You will orchestrate regional events, manage logistics, and streamline procurement with AI-assisted processes.

The role emphasizes proactive collaboration across teams, vendor management, and scalable operations. You’ll thrive in fast-paced settings, travel up to 10% and work across time zones while delivering exceptional attendee experiences.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Event Coordination or Field Marketing.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Salesforce.
• Experience with JIRA and Slack is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee regional event collateral and swag inventory across the Americas.
• Drive end-to-end procurement, contracts, invoicing and vendor payments.
• Develop and monitor event budgets with real-time tracking.
• Own end-to-end logistics for customer-centric events in collaboration with marketing teams.
• Support a diverse events portfolio including roundtables, trade shows, and partner events.
