Oferta confidencial is seeking a Site Quality Head to lead all quality functions at our manufacturing site, driving world-class performance from design through post-delivery support. You will align Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to embed quality into products and processes from development stages, govern APQP/PPAP, and ensure launch readiness.

This senior role manages NPQE, Process Quality, Supplier Quality, and Customer Quality, with a 119-person quality organization

Formación

• 10+ years in quality management with OEM and Tier-1 automotive customers
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven experience with APQP / PPAP / FMEA / SPC

Responsabilidades

• Lead all quality functions across the manufacturing site
• Set quality strategy focusing on prevention and COPQ reduction
• Manage quality gates and product launches
• Oversee NPQE, QMS, and supplier quality programs
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
