Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks a seasoned Quality & Supplier Development professional to lead QCLDM across its ICT supply base. You will drive lean manufacturing, audits, and robust PPAP processes, ensuring production readiness and continuous improvement across global suppliers.

The role requires deep knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and APQP tools, with a strong track record in automotive supply chains and cross-functional leadership in matrix organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering (required).
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assess supplier QCLDM during audits and drive Lean, APQP and capacity planning.
• Ensure suppliers can meet TE's capacity, targets, and costs.
• Develop year-over-year supplier quality and process improvements.
• Lead on-site qualifications and monitor critical manufacturing processes for improvements.
• Provide technical leadership in supplier selection and development strategies.
• Perform 8D problem solving and PPAP validation for new parts.
