Job summary

Santander Digital Services in Mexico is seeking an experienced Global FX Support Analyst to provide 24/7 L2 production support for in-house and vendor FX trading applications. You will work with Trading, Technology, and external vendors to ensure platform stability and performance.

The role requires strong FX knowledge, production support experience, and the ability to coordinate across global teams. Expect shift rotations and weekend/on-call duties as part of the model.

Qualifications

5+ years in Production/Application Support, preferably in Financial Markets.
Strong FX business knowledge and trading lifecycle understanding.
Able to work in fast-paced trading environment with high pressure.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide L2 production support for FX e-Trading and Distribution systems.
Manage and support business-critical applications and their environments.
Perform start-of-day checks and continuous monitoring in a global follow-the-sun model.
Deliver support, maintenance and testing within Agile squads.
Track production issues and coordinate resolution with tech, business and vendors.
