AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking an International Operations professional to coordinate import/export shipments, ensure compliance with IATA/NVOCC and CBP rules, and liaise with customers and partners to meet service levels.

The role requires experience in export/import operations, knowledge of ITAR/TSA regulations, and CCS/Cargowise certifications. A strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and timely problem solving is essential.

Formación

• ITAR, DG or TSA regulations knowledge.
• General computer skills.
• CCS-Certified Coding Specialist and Cargowise Specialist certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day import/export operations for international shipments.
• Prepare and review documentation to ensure compliance and quotation accuracy.
• Track shipments and resolve delays, issues, and billing.
• Collaborate with customers, carriers and partners to meet SOPs and KPIs.
• Ensure timely billing and adherence to company guidelines.
