Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance required.
• 1–3+ years in fixed asset accounting or related finance functions.
• Solid understanding of depreciation, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting tools.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed asset records including acquisitions, transfers, disposals.
• Calculate and post depreciation and amortization.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare and post journal entries including non-standard adjustments.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Assist internal and external audits and strengthen internal controls.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.
