• CFO Lifecycle Management: Efficiently create, update, baseline, and track Customer Feature Objectives (CFOs) throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Requirements & Alignment Analysis: Perform technical analyses to ensure CFO specifications align with overarching project goals, engineering standards, and system architecture constraints.
• Global Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multidisciplinary engineering teams to establish and deploy best practices for new feature introductions.
• Platform & Program Integration: Support feature rollout across both broad vehicle platforms and program-specific implementations.
• Voice of Customer & Benchmarking: Conduct competitive product benchmarking and customer clinic evaluations to inform feature definitions and acceptance criteria.
