allnex is seeking an Export Specialist in Guadalajara, MX to coordinate export shipments from U.S. manufacturing sites to global customers. You will work with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1-3 years in export operations and strong English communication. A Dangerous Goods certification is a plus, SAP experience beneficial.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Dangerous Goods certification (IATA, IMDG, DOT, or similar) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute export shipments when products are ready for delivery.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, distribution centers, carriers, Customer Service, Planning, and Logistics teams to support smooth export operations.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and logistics partners, helping address shipment-related questions and supporting a positive customer experience.
• Help optimize shipping costs by consolidating shipments whenever possible while meeting delivery and transit time requirements.
• Resolve customer service-related corrective action requests (CCIR / SCAR) in SAP.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions related to export operations.
• Maintain required records, files, and reports, and support compliance with applicable regulations and training requirements, including IATA, DOT, and IMDG.
• Follow company health, safety, and environmental policies.
