nVent seeks an ERP Manager - Controls and Compliance to establish, operate, and improve control, security, resiliency, and regulatory posture across ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Infor M3). You will ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness while partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, and Cybersecurity to reduce risk and enable reliable ERP operations at scale.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years with ERP systems in global enterprises, strong SOX ITGC and audit experience, and robust knowledge of ERP

Formación

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Finance or related field.
8+ years with ERP platforms in large, global enterprises.
Hands-on SOX ITGCs and audit management experience.
ERP security concepts including access controls and SoD.
Experience with global manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

Own the design and ongoing effectiveness of ITGCs and application controls across ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Infor M3).
Lead SOX controls for new ERPs acquired via M&A.
Serve as ERP audit contact for internal/external audits and remediation planning.
Drive continuous improvement of control maturity and evidence quality.
Define ERP security standards and perform SoD analyses; coordinate global access reviews.
