Iron Mountain in Mexico City is seeking an IT Functional Lead for Oracle Cloud Operations. You will join a team to ensure service delivery in Oracle ERP Cloud, meet SOX compliance, follow ITIL processes, and maintain security and high performance across the application space.

Responsibilities include guiding issues in GL, FA, and Cash Management, coordinating with vendors and IT, engaging business stakeholders, supporting month-end close across geographies, and driving improvements in production

Formación

• Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud configurations in GL, FA, and Cash Management.
• Participation in multiple Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
• Experience with Brazil localization and LATAM reporting.
• Proven leadership of teams of 5–10 members; strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance for Oracle ERP Cloud issues within GL, FA, and Cash Management.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT team to meet SLAs and resolve tickets.
• Engage business stakeholders and report progress without escalations.
• Drive regression testing for quarterly SaaS patches and SOX evidence.
• Support month-end close across US, LATAM, APAC and multiple countries.
• Align with ITIL, Change Framework, ServiceNow, and GitLab processes.
