nVent seeks an ERP Manager - Controls and Compliance to establish, operate, and improve control, security, resiliency, and regulatory posture across ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Infor M3). You will ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness while partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, and Cybersecurity to reduce risk and enable reliable ERP operations at scale.

The ERP Manager - Controls and Compliance is accountable for establishing, operating, and continuously improving the control, security, resiliency, and regulatory compliance posture across all nVent ERP platforms - primarily Oracle, Infor M3, and SAP products. This role ensures ERP systems for financial, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial processes meet SOX, regulatory, and internal control standards. It also maintains strong cybersecurity, availability, and operational resilience. This leader partners closely with IT, Internal Audit, Cybersecurity, Finance, Legal, Data Governance, and global business collaborators to reduce risk, support audit readiness, and enable compliant, reliable ERP operations at scale.
