Johnson Controls seeks an experienced COE Manager to drive ERP system adoption across manufacturing plants, ensuring accurate standard cost and perpetual inventory reporting. Lead cross-functional teams, deliver lean manufacturing improvements, and ensure seamless SCM setups in line with business objectives.

The role requires deep SAP/ERP knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record of managing complex projects in manufacturing environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Proven SAP implementation experience.
• Strong leadership and change-management abilities.
• MBA and APICS certification preferred though not required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee COE delivering ERP best practices to manufacturing plants.
• Lead project from inception to closure, ensuring standard cost and perpetual inventory reporting.
• Develop plant layouts and SCM configurations aligned with ERP requirements.
• Analyze processes, identify gaps, and implement lean, Kaizen improvements.
