• 10+ years of related experience in SOX, ITGC, compliance, or governance.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams and programs.
• Experience with automated controls or AI-enabled compliance solutions.
• Strong knowledge of risk & controls frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EDA Data Controls Management function, governance for SOX and ITGC execution.
• Coordinate audit planning, walkthroughs, testing, evidence collection, issue resolution, and remediation.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver controls automation opportunities across EDA apps to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
• Serve as EDA Workstream Lead for the ARMOR Digital Solutions Program, driving governance and roadmap execution.
• Manage concurrent compliance, audit, automation, and transformation initiatives; maintain plans and executive reporting.
