WeWork is seeking an organized email marketer to support global campaigns to members, prospects, and brokers. You’ll handle HTML updates, asset checks, and campaign briefs while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, worldwide environment.

Based in Mexico City, you will collaborate with global teams on priorities and testing opportunities. Ideal candidates have a Marketing degree, 2+ years in email marketing, and strong HTML/CSS skills.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support the production of global email campaigns by updating HTML, links, and images within email templates.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop email briefs and ensure completeness before production.
• Identify testing opportunities to improve engagement and attribution.
• Manage the efficiency of the production queue through stakeholder management.
• Implement detailed reviews while emails are in production and flag issues early.
• Manage, develop, and execute content strategy for in-building screens via JIRA and templates.
• Support team strategy with current templates, offers, and KPIs.

This role will help with campaign setup, quality checks, scheduling, and reporting, while keeping production moving by tracking briefs, assets, approvals, and deadlines across teams. You'll also manage content updates on our digital in-building screens.This is a hands-on individual contributor role suited to someone early in their marketing career who enjoys both campaign execution and project coordination. You'll work with your manager on campaign priorities, testing opportunities, and ensuring the email production process flows smoothly. You will have hands-on email development experience and the opportunity to grow your email operations skillset. This person should thrive in environments with high cross-functional collaboration and be comfortable working at a fast paced company with a global footprint.You must be capable of facilitating project review meetings, drafting comprehensive campaign briefs, and evaluating performance metrics fluently in English.**Responsibilities*** Support the production of global email campaigns targeting members, prospects, and brokers, by updating HTML, links, and images within email templates* Partner with stakeholders to develop email request briefs for new campaign builds and ensure all elements are complete before entering production (ie.
