Maxima Apparel seeks an experienced Ecommerce leader to own the online store P&L across multiple markets. You will drive revenue, conversion, and customer lifetime value, with a focus on the US as a priority but managing Mexico and other markets as well.

You’ll own merchandising calendars, SEO, site roadmap, and customer service integration. You’ll implement CRO testing, optimize PDP/PLP, and accelerate AI-driven reporting and automation to streamline operations.

Formación

• 6+ years in ecommerce with P&L ownership or equivalent
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across marketing, merchandising, and operations
• Proficient in AI/workflow automation for ecommerce

Responsabilidades

• Own revenue, site sales, and conversion across brand-owned markets
• Own campaign calendar, homepage, landing pages, and launches
• Oversee site merchandising, collection launches, and promo discipline
• Lead international site content, localization, and market investments
• Manage CRO program, PDP/PLP improvements, and site speed
• Direct AI reporting stack and automated workflows for the team
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and creative as a growth unit
• Lead a multi-function team including remote members
