Maxima Apparel is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to own the full digital experience across our brand sites. You will drive performance, merchandising, and CRO in collaboration with UX, development, marketing, merchandising, and analytics teams, leading a direct-report team in an AI-forward environment.

You will coordinate site updates, plan sprints, and ensure high-quality execution of campaigns and key moments across global sites, with a focus on localization for our regions including

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in eCommerce management, digital product, or UX optimization.
• Experience leading direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of user behavior, analytics, and mobile-first UX.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end eCommerce experience across brand sites from homepage to checkout.
• Drive site performance, merchandising, and conversion optimization.
• Lead UX/UI optimization and A/B testing efforts with analytics input.
• Coordinate weekly sprint planning with UI/Dev teams and ensure QA.
• Manage AI-powered workflows and automation within the eCommerce function.
• Provide cross-functional reporting and alignment with revenue goals.
• Ensure localization and consistency across regional sites.
