Maxima Apparel is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support the product lifecycle by ensuring data accuracy, creating seasonal sales tools, and partnering with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.

You will manage the product catalog, perform data audits, and generate reports while assisting with GTM decks and on-time merchandising execution.

A proactive team player with strong Excel skills and attention to detail will thrive in this fast-paced role.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in merchandising or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with PLM systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with follow-through and time management.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Able to adapt to shifting priorities and business needs.
• Proactive team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, deliver, and maintain seasonal GTM decks.
• Coordinate product catalogs and sales tools with Licensing, Design, Merchandising.
• Ensure data accuracy across internal systems.
• Support daily merchandising activities and ad hoc reporting.
• Analyze sales data to track KPIs and trends.
