Maxima Apparel is seeking an experienced ECommerce Manager to own the end-to-end digital experience across brand sites, from homepage to checkout. You will drive site performance, merchandising execution, and conversion through close collaboration with UX, development, marketing, merchandising, and analytics teams.

In an AI-forward environment, you will lead a team, manage campaigns and launches, and ensure high-quality execution of trading moments.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce management, digital product, or UX optimization.
• Experience mentoring direct reports.
• Strong understanding of user behavior, digital analytics, and mobile-first UX best practices.
• Experience managing Shopify Plus sites or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of A/B testing and analytics tools (e.g., VWO, Hotjar, Clarity, Optimizely, Google Optimize).
• AI-savvy and comfortable working with AI agents (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools) as part of day-to-day workflows.
• Exceptional project management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; Portuguese and other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end eCommerce site experience from homepage to checkout.
• Lead UX/UI optimization to improve conversion and revenue.
• Coordinate website updates with UI developers and marketing calendars.
• Plan and measure A/B tests and CRO experiments.
• Direct AI agents to automate recurring eCommerce tasks.
• Manage and develop a team of direct reports.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and performance reporting.
• Ensure consistency across regional sites with localization.
