BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems seeks an International Trade Supervisor to ensure compliance with Mexican and international trade regulations, including IMMEX, USMCA/T-MEC, VAT, and other FTAs. You will oversee customs operations, coordinate brokers and authorities, and drive risk mitigation to protect import/export privileges.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar position, IMMEX knowledge, and proficiency with SAP/QAD.

Formación

Bachelor-level degree in commerce or international business is required.
Minimum 5 years in a similar international trade/compliance role.
Experience with IMMEX, VAT/IEPS, USMCA/T-MEC, and free trade programs is essential.

Responsabilidades

Ensure compliance with Mexican Customs Law and related regulations.
Supervise import/export operations and accuracy of documentation.
Coordinate audits, approvals, and annual reporting under IMMEX and VAT certifications.
Lead trade compliance programs including USMCA/T-MEC and other FTAs.
Manage relationships with customs brokers and government authorities.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across trade processes.
