BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems seeks an International Trade Supervisor to ensure compliance with Mexican and international trade regulations, including IMMEX, USMCA/T-MEC, VAT, and other FTAs. You will oversee customs operations, coordinate brokers and authorities, and drive risk mitigation to protect import/export privileges.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar position, IMMEX knowledge, and proficiency with SAP/QAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in commerce or international business is required.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar international trade/compliance role.
• Experience with IMMEX, VAT/IEPS, USMCA/T-MEC, and free trade programs is essential.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with Mexican Customs Law and related regulations.
• Supervise import/export operations and accuracy of documentation.
• Coordinate audits, approvals, and annual reporting under IMMEX and VAT certifications.
• Lead trade compliance programs including USMCA/T-MEC and other FTAs.
• Manage relationships with customs brokers and government authorities.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across trade processes.
