Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking an entry-level Contract Management Specialist to guide discussions with customers and partners worldwide. You will work with cross-functional teams to reach clear, workable agreements and manage contract projects from start to finish.

You will assess risk, advise sales on negotiation progress, and communicate with stakeholders across the lifecycle. English fluency is essential for this role.

Qualifications

Knowledge of contract management and related field experience or education.
Ability to lead contract negotiations with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to assess and communicate business, technical and legal risks.
Strong presentation and problem-solving with a business focus.
Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for business contract inquiries before and after agreements are signed
Manage contract projects with customers, distributors and partners worldwide
Develop negotiation strategies with cross-functional teams and lead contract negotiations and customer meetings
Advise business and sales teams on negotiation progress and contract matters
Identify, assess, and communicate contract risks with relevant internal stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle
