Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Mexico is seeking a Manager, Product Management for Gate Driver ICs to lead go-to-market strategies and turn technical strengths into clear customer value. You will develop collateral, translate features into use cases, coordinate campaigns, trainings, and content across regions, partnering with sales and engineering to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 3 years in semiconductor product management, product marketing, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with Gate Driver ICs or power electronics and related power semiconductors.
• Solid understanding of gate-driver functions; familiarity with MOSFETs, IGBTs, SiC and GaN.
• Fluent English (written and spoken, C1).

• Develop and improve go-to-market collateral for Gate Driver IC solutions.
• Translate features into customer-focused value propositions, use cases, and sales enablement materials.
• Own the collateral hub; ensure content governance, searchability, reuse.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns and events with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate scalable training programs and enable delivery across regions.
• Create and manage customer-focused website content.
• Champion digital and AI-enabled go-to-market approaches and measure adoption and engagement.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop and continuously improve go-to-market collateral for Gate Driver IC solutions that clearly communicates product value and differentiation
• Translate technical features into customer-focused value propositions , use cases , selection guidance , presentations , and sales enablement materials
• Own and optimize the collateral hub to ensure content governance , searchability , reuse , and alignment with customer and sales needs
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns and event contributions in collaboration with cross-functional teams , aligning messaging , audiences , channels , and timelines
• Coordinate scalable training programs by identifying needs, engaging subject matter experts , and enabling effective delivery across regions
• Create and manage customer-focused website content ensuring accuracy , consistency , and engagement
• Champion digital and AI-enabled go-to-market approaches and define and monitor effectiveness metrics such as adoption, engagement, and performance

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering , Electronics Engineering , or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor product management, product marketing, technical marketing, applications engineering, marketing communications, or similar customer-facing roles
• Practical experience with Gate Driver ICs or power electronics and related power management semiconductors
• Solid understanding of gate-driver functions and applications and familiarity with MOSFETs , IGBTs , Silicon Carbide (SiC) , and Gallium Nitride (GaN)
• English written and spoken Fluent (C1) with the ability to translate technical features into clear customer benefits and compelling value propositions

Preferred:

• Demonstrated experience creating high-quality technical and commercial collateral including presentations , product briefs , selection guides , application content , training materials , webinars , and digital content
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills coordinating campaigns , launches , training programs , tradeshow contributions , and cross-functional content activities , with willingness to travel as required
