Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Event Operations Specialist to support logistics for global conferences and tradeshow programs across Life Sciences and Corporate divisions. You’ll partner with the tradeshow marketing team, Life Sciences Marketing Manager, and report directly to the Global Event Manager to keep programs on track.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for trade shows and conferences.
• Collaborate with Sales and marketing to execute event strategy.
• Produce and align trade shows with guidelines and tools.
• Understand business goals to maximize ROI per event.
• Manage event contracts, invoices, and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors for giveaways and stock management.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and conduct pre-event briefings.
• Coordinate booth design and assets with internal design teams.
