Job summary

ProTrans Corporate Office is seeking an Expedite Specialist to coordinate and execute expedited transportation services. You will track shipments from pickup to final delivery, communicate updates to customers, and ensure data accuracy in the Transportation Management System (TMS).

Strong bilingual English-Spanish skills are required, with high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in logistics and knowledge of brokerage and customs services are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and manage expedited shipments from pickup through final delivery.
• Proactively communicate shipment updates and status reports to customers.
• Resolve shipment issues, delays, and service concerns through effective problem-solving and customer service.
• Maintain accurate shipment information within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service execution.
